If you are interested in renting one of the units available, please fill out a rental application. Click the link below for the Rental application-Fry RENTALS, Fill the application out completely and include the processing fee by personal check, cashiers check, or money order; payable to Fry Rentals, LLC.

NOTE: Applications will be considered for renters who include processing fees with a completed application only.

Paying your rent

Make Checks, Money Orders, Cashiers Check or electronic Funds payable to: Fry Rentals, LLC and mail to:

Payments are due based on your individual lease agreements. Please make every effort to deliver your rent payment on or before the due date.

Please call 814-383-2468 to leave a message, or text 814-571-1934, or email: fryrentals814@gmail.com. Be specific about your maintenance request and your contact information with your availability should we need to enter your apartment. We will make every effort to respond to your request in a timely manner.
